Long Exposure Photography

This photo taken at Windansea Beach in San Diego is probably one of the most significant photos I’ve ever taken in my entire life. It was when I was getting into tripod photography, specifically long-exposure photography, obviously at the beach. I was one of the first people in my friend group to do so, and it became quite a staple of the photography, astro photography, climbing, biking, and surfing clubs I was a part of in high school.
This photo specifically became my background, my screensaver, along with a couple other kids in my high school. To this day, I still love this photo not only for its aesthetic beauty in a horribly pretentious type of way, but also for the significance it played in my life.
